Upload the file to Google Drive. Then click "+ add or create," and import from "Google Drive."
Pro Tip: You should create folders for each class. You can upload things you want to submit, your progress work, or brainstorming ideas.

Once you have emailed yourself using your device with a camera, then open the file on your Chromebook and submit the picture/file from your Chromebook using a browser to access Google Classroom.
